Create a useful brief

Use the planning tool to organize your dates, party size, hotel area, preferred pace, and the parts of the trip where help might be useful. It takes no account and produces a text file you can keep.

Nothing is submitted to a team when you generate the brief. Download or copy it and choose your own provider if you decide to arrange paid assistance.

What to include in an initial enquiry

Share the visit date, start and finish location, number of travelers, interests, and any firm time boundary. For arrival support, add the terminal, flight number, passenger count, and luggage.

You do not need to share payment details or a passport scan to explain the trip you want. First establish the provider’s identity, scope, secure booking process, and relevant terms.

What a helpful reply should resolve

Look for a clear match between the support you requested and the actual arrangement. Ask who meets you, who speaks English, which bookings are pending, and what the full price includes.

Before confirming, make sure you have a practical contact route for the day itself and a backup if your phone has no data.
